Description:
Ambrodil 30 mg Syrup is a mucolytic agent which reduces the thickness of the sputum. It is used to treat conditions with abnormal mucus secretion, allowing the patient to breathe freely and deeply. It should be used with caution in patients with a known history of gastric ulcers.
Uses:
· Emphysema with bronchitis pneumoconiosis
This medicine is used to ease the condition of shortness of breath, persistent cough, and inflammation of the airways of the lungs by making the sputum thin and less viscous and easy to cough out.
· Tracheobronchitis
This medicine is used in the symptomatic treatment of tracheobronchitis which is an infection causing inflammation of trachea (windpipe) and airways of the lungs. Ambrodil 30 mg Syrup relieves the patient from an excessive cough and thick sputum in this condition.
· Acute exacerbations of bronchitis
This medicine should be given with the appropriate antibiotic in conditions of Acute exacerbations of bronchitis since it helps in mucus secretion, which helps in improving cough, expectoration difficulties, and other symptoms.
