Description:
Nise 100 mg belongs to a group of drugs called NSAIDs (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Its only active ingredient is Nimesulide. Nimesulide inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase 1 and 2 that generates the pain signals in the body. This tablet is used to treat pain, reduce fever and prevent blood clotting. It can also reduce painful inflammatory conditions when used in higher doses. Nise is prescribed to treat dysmenorrhea (extreme menstrual pain), postoperative pain, osteoarthritis, and fever.
Follow the doctor’s instructions on dosage. Do not take more than what is prescribed to you by the doctor. The typical dose is two tablets after meals. Generally, Nise 100 mg is taken for 15 days. It is taken on a need basis. Nice 100 mg is not recommended for children below 12 years of age.
Do not take the medicine for problems other than what is mentioned. Do not self-medicate.
