Monosprin 30 Capsule falls under the category of drugs called nitrates. Monosprin 30 Capsule widens blood vessels allowing for an increase of blood flow to the heart. It is also used to avoid an angina attack. Monosprin 30 Capsule is sold under different tade names in different countries.
Side effects of using Monosprin 30 Capsule include light-hedadedness, increase in chest pain, rapid or irregular heartbeat, sweating, severe headches or acute migraines, a painful feeling in your jaw, a quivering feeling in the chest. In the case of the above-mentioned reactions, contact your doctor as soon as possible. As a preventive measure, consult your physician if you have the following conditions:
- If you are allergic to any of the ingredients contained within Monosprin 30 Capsule.

- If you have a history of heart diseases or warnings of a possible heart attack.

When taking Monosprin 30 Capsule, swallow it as a whole. Follow the dosage as prescribed by your doctor. Normal dosage requires you to have this medication once daily, usually after waking up in the morning. In some other cases, you may need to have a second dose later on in the day. In case of a missed dose, try to take it as soon as you recall it, otherwise skip it. Do not double dose in order to make up for the missed one. Taking Monosprin 30 Capsule may cause drowsiness, fainting or fatigue, try to rest as much as possible while under this medication.

Uses:
- Angina Pectoris Prophylaxis
This medicine is used for the prevention of angina (chest pain) caused due to reduced flow of blood and oxygen to the heart. It is not effective in treating chest pain that has already set in.
