Bactrim Ds 800 Mg/160 Mg Tablet is used to treat chronic respiratory problems such as chronic bronchitis. It may also be administered for the use of urinary tract infection, malaria and a few other diseases as per your doctor’s discretion. The main mechanism of its action is to inhibit the growth and thereby kill disease-causing parasites. Sufficient precautions must be taken if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as the medicine may cause complications in fetal health or in infants. You must discuss the pros and cons of this drug especially if you have a history of liver, lungs, heart or kidney diseases. You must make the doctor aware of any prescription drugs, such as hormonal pills, or any dietary supplements that you may be taking, as Bactrim Ds 800 Mg/160 Mg Tablet may interact with the drugs and cause adverse reactions.
