Ebexid Tablet is mostly used as a dietary supplement. It is a type of vitamin that is used as medication. Ebexid Tablet can be taken orally. The medicine is also available in the form nicotinic acid to treat niacin deficiency diseases like pellagra. In the cream form, it is beneficial for the treatment of acne and other kinds of skin inflammation, as the medicine has anti-inflammatory properties. Ebexid Tablet is known to effectively decrease the sebum excretion. The medicine also comes in a gel form for easier application in hot, humid environments.
Ebexid Tablet has made it to the List of Essential Medicines of the World Health Organization, as one of safest and necessary medicines. Ebexid Tablet, if taken in small doses does not pose any potential threat to pregnant women. However, overdosing may cause some liver disorders.
The properties of this drug help to increase the effectiveness of radiation therapy, and enhances blood flow to the malignant tumours thereby reducing tumour hypoxia in patients receiving chemotherapy. It has a few other benefits when mixed with other nutritional compounds, such as relief from the pain of arthritis, adequate reduction of high cholesterol levels in the blood or prevention of Type 1 diabetes if the risks are detected early.
