Description:

Kenacort 0.1 % Paste is a corticosteroid which is used to relieve symptoms such as swelling and pain in various conditions such as arthritis, skin disorders, and allergic disorders. The topical form of this medicine is used to treat symptoms such as redness, itching and swelling associated with various skin disorders such as eczema and dermatitis. This medicine should be used with caution in patients with diabetes and liver and kidney diseases.

 

Uses: 

  • Ankylosing Spondylitis

This medicine is used in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis characterized by symptoms such as pain and stiffness from the neck down to the lower back.

  • Bursitis

This medicine is used in the treatment of bursitis, a condition characterized by pain and swelling at the joints such as elbows, hips, or knees, etc.

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis

This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis such as swelling, pain, and stiffness of joints.

  • Gouty arthritis

This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of gouty arthritis such as severe pain, swelling, and redness of a joint.

  • Psoriatic Arthritis

This medicine is used in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, an autoimmune disease characterized by red patches of skin with silvery scales and swelling, stiffness, and pain in the joints.
