3 Kat 60Mg Tablet is used for the treatment, prevention, control and or improvement of the following diseases such as severe pain in chest, ringing in the ears, inner ear problem and other conditions. It works by producing a good supply of oxygen for the cells of the heart. 3 Kat 60Mg Tablet is usually prescribed as a long-term treatment of angina pectoris. 3 Kat 60Mg Tablet slows beta-oxidation of fatty acids by blocking long-chain 3-ketoacyl-CoA thiolase, which increases glucose oxidation. In an ischaemic cell, energy obtained during glucose oxidation requires less oxygen consumption than in the beta-oxidation process.
You should talk to your doctor about all the medication, allergies, medical history etc. It is advised to consult your doctor or healthcare professional if you observe any of the following side-effects while on this medication, especially if they do not go away: dizziness, low blood pressure with change of position, itching of skin, allergic skin reactions, nausea, vomiting. It’s best recommended to discontinue this medicine if there is no response after 3 months of treatment. You should not drive or operate heavy machinery while on this medication. Exercise caution in patients with moderate kidney problems and those who are above 75 years.
